Crossfit- I caught the bug 3 years ago and I have been stuck since.

Intermediate? I was a collegiate swimmer who never lifted weights so Crossfit is a whole different ball game for me. Definitely a small fish in a big pond.

I love cleans and I am oddly into running right now as well.

Barbell reverse lunges, RDLs, Hip Thrusts- great leg day burners!

I love the color bumper plates- they make lifting that much more fun and I love how great they look as a set. 

What are your hobbies outside of Fringe Sport and working out?


I read (a lot), wakeboard, snowboard, skateboard (all the board sports), and like to try new recipes in the kitchen!
