I'm a CrossFit competitor.
Regional level athlete
Becoming a muscle up champ and continuing to gain strength throughout all of my lifts. Making Regionals as an individual. I was only a few spots out last year!
Myself. I'm extremely self motivated, focused and driven. I can push myself past any obstacles & can overcome the toughest mental barriers. I want to be the best I can be & there's no stopping me! #honoryourgifts
Of the benchmarks, I like Fran and Randy. I have a lot of favs that aren't benchmarks. Pretty much any light weight bar or body-weight workouts I'm game for.
Olympic bar - I like the thick knurl on the barbell. It allows me to be able to grip it better when I lift. The bar also has a super buttery spin which allows for the weight to stay neutral during Oly lifts. Yon can tell this bar was made for Oly lifters in mind.
Chestee sports bra - If your collar bones stick out like mine, you know the struggles of the doing over head barbell movements...the bar bruises your collar bone or breaks skin. I've gone through many of years with this type of pain. I like using the Chestee bra on days with high rep overhead movements. The bra provides extra padding in the areas when your collar bones are. It gives that extra cushion in between the bar and your skin that shirts just can't provide. Plus the bra's are comfy, super cute and have fun patterns. Win!
lift heavy sh*t & eating a lot - I don't like eating protein bars unless I'm in a jam & have no food. However, I do like eating runts or jelly beans during my workout as intra carbs. I also love UR brand BCAA chewables. They taste like candy...and I love candy!

duhhh our Fringe Sport bumper plates! They're hands down the most durable bumpers out there! They can withstand all of the daily beating & violent dropping I do to them. They're the only bumpers that have lasted years at my gym.

20.4 from Friday. That feeling of relief when you hit that 205# bar 🙌🙌. Ya’ll...I C&J it 6xs in 6 minutes...& I def didn’t make all of them 🥴😰. This was such a mental battle as I felt my mind start going to a dark place & it not wanting to “stay in it.” My body/mind wanted out. My legs were cramping HARD, I was in pain & angry!! I knew I had to do this! I wanted to prove to myself I could bc I’ve hit numbers higher than this in WODs before & I know I’m strong enough. I overcame my obstacle & am proud. #grit
