We've moved out of the fields of agriculture we once labored in, into towering office complexes featuring rows of cubicles and desks that have more in common with cellblocks than healthy workspaces. In fact, prisoners even get an hour a day in the yard for recess, to exercise and lift weights. Workers get an hour a day for lunch to go sit around some more.
