"The first time I did it I literally cried at the burpees. It was a complete mental f*ck and second time I did oh man, it was a breeze compared to the mental breakdown I suffered the first time. Another moment of strength. This time, mental gainz. 

I think the ones that test my mental games are the ones the most rewarding! "

What You'll Need

The Workout:  Filthy 50 - For Time (Rx Male/Female)

  • 50 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 50 Jumping Pull-Ups
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings (16/12kg)
  • 50 Walking Lunges
  • 50 Knees-to-Elbows
  • 50 Push Press (20/30kg)
  • 50 Back Extensions
  • 50 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double-Unders
