"The first time I did it I literally cried at the burpees. It was a complete mental f*ck and second time I did it....man oh man, it was a breeze compared to the mental breakdown I suffered the first time. Another moment of strength. This time, mental gainz.
I think the ones that test my mental games are the ones the most rewarding! "

- Kettlebell (16kg / 12kg)
- Barbell (20kg / 15kg)
- GHD
- Medicine Ball (20lb / 14lb)
- Jump Rope
The Workout: Filthy 50 - For Time (Rx Male/Female)
- 50 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 50 Jumping Pull-Ups
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (16/12kg)
- 50 Walking Lunges
- 50 Knees-to-Elbows
- 50 Push Press (20/30kg)
- 50 Back Extensions
- 50 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double-Unders
