WOD of the Week: Toes to Bar w/ Med Ball

This week's WOD was submitted by @aslcrossfitter on Instagram, he was actually working out in our own Fringe Sport gym. We've tried this movement on the floor with a medicine ball, so doing this from a pullup position will really crank it up a notch.

Gymnastics work strict toe to bar. I am doing this for the first time. It is a hard workout I have ever done. It isn’t easy to hold the medicine ball with your feet.

What You'll Need:

  • Medicine Ball
  • Pullup Bar

The Workout: For Time - 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 (You can increase weight with lower reps)

  • 10 - 6lb
  • 8 - 6lb
  • 6 - 6lb
  • 4 - 10lb
  • 2 - 16
