This week's WOD is from Fight For It Crossfit, we were skimming the 'gram and recognized our wall balls. This would be a great group warm up or, with less people or holding a squat instead of sitting, could be a good workout.
They didn't include any detail to this workout so we've come up with our own workout.
What You'll Need:
The Workout: 4 Rounds - About 5-7 people.
- Sit in a line all facing one direction.
- The first person in the line does a overhead press with the medicine ball then passes the ball backward to the next person.
- The first person then runs to the back of the line and the next person does an overhead press and so on until everyone has done it 4 times.
