10 On-the-Go Exercises with a Single 10lb Plate
This week's workout was inspired by @meesh_huffman on Instagram. She tagged us in a workout using her 10lb Donut Bumpers. Michele has put these all together for a great leg workout.
Your New Year's resolution may be to be healthier and to travel, so here's how you can do both! If you're in a hotel, you can use what you have like some luggage or just do a body weight workout.
The Workout
Complete 3-4 rounds of each exercise, with 6-12 reps (each leg if it's a single leg movement).
All exercises completed with 10 lb plate :
- Squats
- Squat + Press
- Bulgarian Split Squat
- Single Leg Squat
- Reverse Lunge + Stepup
- Goodmorning
- Overhead Walking Lunge
- Overhead Reverse Lunge - In Place
- Sit-ups
- Russian Twists
