Workout of the Week: 10 Rounds For Time (Warm Up)

This week's workout was found on @jessepaine's post on Instagram. She tagged us in her workout. The workout we are including is actually just the warmup. You can kick up the intensity by adding or increasing the weight for the movements and turn this into a workout. All you need is a kettlebell.

What You'll Need

The Workout: 10 Rounds for Time

  • 5 Air Squats
  • 5 Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • 5 Kettlebell Overhead Press
  • 5 No Pushup Burpees
