Our 20kg Wonder Bar comes in a bronze bushing and needle bearing cartridges. Both bars are excellent for lifting and provide spin.
- Needle bearing cartridges in the collars provide a little more spin than a bushing barbell.

Yes. The wonder bar is compatible with all iron plates or bumper plates that have a 2" insert diameter, which is the industry standard.
This bar is built to last for years with minimal maintenance, requiring only 3-in-1 oil for lubrication. To clean the knurling, simply use a brush to remove dirt or chalk, and wipe the bar down with an oiled microfiber cloth.
