Mini Bands are a perfect addition to any gym and are a great tool for warm-ups, mobility exercises, and rehabilitation of ankles and knees. Mini bands are a looped band that is 2" wide and 9" long, and come in packs of 10.

Mini, low resistance, just what I need to stretch my hip a little before a round of golf. If you have any size or strength feel free to get a higher-resistance band. My only MINOR ISSUE is that the 11" band is so small I can hardly get both feet through it to place it around my ankles. I manage though.
