LOW CABLE ACCESS, NO SYSTEM REQUIRED
Most low pulley options mean buying a full cable machine or rigging something together yourself. The Sidewing Bottom Pulley gives you a clean, purpose-built low cable point that bolts directly onto your existing rack. One component, zero compromises.
MOUNT IT YOUR WAY
This isn't a fixed-position attachment. Run it vertically along any upright for traditional low cable movements, or flip it horizontal off a crossmember for a completely different pull angle. Any hole on your rack is a valid mounting point.
BUILT FROM THE SIDEWING SYSTEM, SOLD ON ITS OWN
The red anodized pulley wheel isn't a budget substitute. It's the same component that powers the full Sidewing system, engineered for smooth cable travel under real loads. If you already have a setup and just need the bottom pulley, now you can get exactly that.

Low cable access is one of the most requested additions to a home gym setup. Most solutions require buying a full cable system you don't need, or fabricating something yourself and hoping it holds.
The Sidewing Bottom Pulley is the low pulley component from the Sidewing Pulley System, sold on its own. It mounts at any hole position on a compatible upright or crossmember, which means you can run it vertically for traditional low cable movements or horizontally off a crossmember for a completely different pull angle. The cable comes pre-threaded. The extension chain is included for setups that need a little more length. You bolt it on and start training.
Weight capacity depends on your setup. When paired with the Gibbon Arms, the limit is 200lbs. Other configurations will vary based on what the cable is attached to.
This pulley was designed to sell alongside the Gibbon Arms, but the home gym community has never needed permission to get creative. If you're building something custom and need a solid low pulley that mounts cleanly to your rack, this is it.
This pulley fits metric 75x75mm (3x3) racks with 1" or 5/8" holes, 2x3 racks with 5/8" holes, and 2x2 racks with 1" or 5/8" holes. It will not fit true 3x3 racks. If you're unsure which tubing your rack has, measure the outside of one upright. Metric 3x3 measures approximately 75mm (2.95") per side. True 3x3 measures a full 3 inches per side.
Yes. The pulley can be mounted at any hole position on a compatible upright or crossmember, including horizontally off a crossmember. This opens up pull angles you can't get from a standard vertical low pulley mount.
When paired with the Gibbon Arms, the weight capacity is 200 lbs. For other setups, capacity depends on what the cable is attached to. Build accordingly.
The included extension chain connects to the carabiner at the end of the cable and gives you additional length if your setup needs it. This is common in custom home gym builds where the standard cable run isn't quite long enough to reach the weight stack or attachment point.
No. The cable comes pre-threaded through the pulley and ready to use out of the box.
