Unmatched Value in Cable Training

Sidewing gives you premium performance without the premium price. While low-cost pulleys wobble, swing, and eventually snap, Sidewing stays stable, smooth, and strong. You’re not just saving money—you’re investing in a setup that actually performs.

More Versatile Than Any Budget System

Where most pulley systems stop at lat pulldowns and rows, Sidewing keeps going. You’ll unlock a near-functional-trainer experience—adjustable height, multi-angle training, and the freedom to hit every muscle group your way. One system, endless workouts.

Plug-and-Play Convenience

No tools. No headaches. Just mount, load, and train. The Sidewing fits most racks right out of the box (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3 racks) and installs in seconds, so you can jump straight into your workout. As your setup grows, Sidewing grows with you—ready to pair with add-ons for even more functionality.

Double the Power with Dual Setup

Want functional-trainer freedom? Grab two Sidewings and turn your rack into a crossover cable station that rivals any gym machine. Perform flys, crossovers, and rotational moves from both sides. Twice the function, zero compromises, and still a fraction of the cost of bulky alternatives.

Compact Build. Complete Training.

Stop letting space or budget limit your workouts. The Sidewing Pulley System gives you the functionality of an entire cable station in one sleek, rack-mounted unit. Whether you train in a garage, spare room, or tight corner, you’ll unlock endless exercises without cluttering your gym—or draining your savings.

Engineered for Smooth, Steady Pulls

Budget pulley systems are notorious for swinging weights and unstable cables. Not Sidewing. Its smart design isolates the load, keeping your plates steady through every movement. That means cleaner reps, safer lifts, and smoother training sessions that feel premium from the first pull.

Your Entire Cable Gym—Now on Your Rack

Hit your back, chest, arms, and shoulders with a full range of cable movements. From lat pulldowns and low rows to flys, curls, and tricep pushdowns—Sidewing brings commercial-grade cable versatility to your home setup. Adjust pulley height on the fly and make every workout exactly what you want it to be.

Built Tough for Every Rep

No fraying straps. No cheap parts. Just a pulley system designed to last through years of heavy lifting. The Sidewing is crafted for real-world use—reliable, rugged, and ready to take on every workout you throw at it.

OPEN ECOSYSTEM FIT

Our squat rack attachments are built with an open ecosystem design so they work seamlessly across a wide range of rack brands. This approach gives you more flexibility in how you build your gym and more confidence that your equipment will continue to work as your setup evolves.

To support this, select attachments include UHMW protective pads and thin shims at key contact points. These are NOT add-ons or workarounds. They are a deliberate part of the design that allows the attachment to sit cleanly, securely, and consistently on racks with slightly different tubing specs.

Rack tubing thickness can vary by manufacturer and country of origin. The included UHMW shims make it easy to dial in the fit for your specific rack, resulting in a tight, stable mount while also protecting your rack’s finish. No extra parts or purchases are needed.

INSTALLATION GUIDANCE

RACKS MANUFACTURED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

These racks typically use slightly thinner tubing.

  • Keep all UHMW shims in place
  • Install the attachment as normal

RACKS MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES

U.S. made racks often use slightly thicker tubing.

  • Remove only the thin UHMW shims
  • Keep the protective pads in place and install

Once installed, the attachment delivers a solid, secure feel across compatible rack brands, with the same performance and stability you would expect from a rack-specific design.

Yes! The Sidewing is designed to fit most standard home gym racks. It’s compatible with 2x2, 3x3 and 2x3 uprights with either 1” or ⅝” holes. If your rack follows these common specs, you’re good to go—just mount, clip in, and start training.

A lot! You can perform lat pulldowns, low rows, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, face pulls, chest flys, and more. You can adjust pulley height anywhere on the rack for high, mid, or low cable moves. Add a second Sidewing and you unlock full crossover-style functional training.

The Sidewing offers far better stability, smoother cable travel, and zero weight swing, thanks to its separated load peg design. No straps fraying, no plates whipping toward you, and no awkward, inconsistent pulls. You get premium performance without the premium cost.

It’s going back

I ordered the Fringe Sport Sidewing Pulley System, after seeing relatively positive reviews about it on YouTube. I chose the Sidewing over the Rep Arcadia, due to its compact nature and ability to fit onto my HR-2 Half Rack; however, after less than 2 weeks, it’s going back. The pulley cable snapped on me while I was in the middle of cable rows. It happened 3 times. I followed the assembly instructions Fringe Sport posted on YouTube. I over tightened the bolts to the metal end piece, as recommended; however, it seems to be a design flaw, because even Fringe Sport admits in their assembly video that it’s “an issue that people run into a ton.” At this point, I don’t feel safe using the Sidewing, and I definitely do not feel safe letting others use it. I absolutely do not recommend this product.

Thank you for the feedback. I would like to note when we said people run into a ton is because the bolt needs to be tighten beyond tight. In the photo is does look like the bolt was not tightened because it was only cutting through the nylon.

My Sidewing

It was super easy to attach to my Rogue RML-390 rack, and it has added so manyexercise options to my home gym. The pulley is super smooth, and very easyto connect the high to low cables.

Amazing product

Honestly, this is a 4.5/5 start product but I can only give whole stars. Pros:This is an amazing solution for a home gym cable system at a reasonable cost. It is a more premium option than just basic pulleys but not as high end as a weight stack. But at the price you can’t beat it. The plate stack doesn’t swing when using this product, which for cheaper options is a huge problem. You can perform just about any cable exercise you want. Con:There is a twisting of the cable that occurs when using this product (likely due to the horizontal wheel) that puts a lot of torsion on the cable during use. At best it gets a little sketchy unhooking the weight sometimes at worst there will be negative long term effects on the cable (early fraying). The latter is just a hypothesis, and it’ll be interesting to see if anything negative happens to the cable.

Good Concept, not well thought out execution

Overall, I like the concept. This was the only product I could find that adds a functional cable system without requiring additional ceiling height, which made it a strong fit for my space and ultimately why I purchased it.That said, there were a few shortcomings. The lower pulley did not fit my rack as expected, which limited some setup flexibility. Additionally, the side arm does not extend quite far enough, so during lat pulldowns the weight stack can interfere with my knees depending on positioning. For the price point, I would have expected these fit and usability issues to be worked out ahead of time. Despite that, I still needed the upper pulley solution for my specific use case, and it does solve the low-ceiling cable problem better than anything else I found.

Great Product

At first when I looked at the price I questioned if it was even worth it compared to getting a functional trainer. But after making the purchase and receiving the sidewing I’m glad I went with this instead. I have a basement Gym so space is a big deal for me. The product is premium quality from the pulleys to the cable system great product fringe sport really thought this one out. They say it can go on any Rack definitely worked perfectly with my Titan Series rack all I had to do was move the pull up bar to the center of the Rack actually worked out better. The bar is higher. I wish it would have at least come with some D handles, but thank you Fringe for an awesome Product. Can’t wait to get my hands on a Dane in the near future.

Fringe absolutely knocked it out of the park with this one

This isn’t a piece of high-end, boutique equipment like the Dialed Motion System — and that’s exactly the point. The Sidewinder is built for the everyday lifter who wants something simple, effective, and affordable that just works.Right out of the box, it meets nearly everyone’s needs. Whether you’re handy or not, setup is easy and the performance is solid.Comparing it to systems like BulletProof’s High-Low with VTS Trolley or the Dialed Motion is kind of like comparing the Mammoth Belt Squat to the Squatmax or Rhino. Sure, I’d love a Rhino — but I don’t have the space or budget (and my wife might not approve!). So I use the Mammoth twice a week and love it.This thing is going to bring that high-end cable experience to the masses. For people without the room or the cash for a full commercial setup, Fringe nailed it.
