The Best Bench For Your Gym!!
You're Benched!
You'll feel like a Supreme Court justice sitting on this bench because they're so many ways to rule over your workout. You'll be better balanced than the Scales of Justice when you lift on this.
Ready to hammer the gavel down on your training?
Then read on.
Approach the Bench
Whether from a flat, incline or decline (FID) position, the Fringe Sport FID bench fully adjusts to your desired angle. The FID bench works great at home or for low traffic in commercial settings while providing all the versatility you need for any and all your lifts.
70 lb of bench, with a 2"x 3" frame, built like a Texas longhorn bests all the competition. Whether on the incline or decline it'll lift your workouts higher than anything out there. The thickness and firmness of the 2.5" cushion make a hotel mattress blush while the vinyl finishes with extra support and surprising comfort.
The nifty handle on front base of the bench makes it super easy to lift, turn and wheel around into whatever position or storage spot you want. Witness for yourself how this bench will lift your training and do justice to your life outside the gym. If you don't testify to it, it'll be criminal.
BUT WAIT FRINGE FAM - we have updated this bench to include our famous, no longer a Slip 'N' Slide, grab on to you like a girl on the back of a motorcycle - GECKO GRIP FABRIC This sticky sweet fabric will hold you tight no matter how sweaty your workout gets.
PLUS - we've added super thick super soft rollers to hold your feet at the bottom of the bench. These great rollers will keep you steady no matter what exercise you might be doing to try to pull you off the bench!
You'll Like Sitting on our Bench
- STOUT & STURDY: Trademarked Texas tough with 1,000 lb rating.
- BRAND NEW GECKO GRIP FABRIC on this version so you won't slip and slide when things get hot and sweaty.
- LARGE PADDED FOOT ROLLERS to hold you steady while you get your gains. Supports you better than a girdle!
- LIFT SUPPORT: 11.5" pad width for shoulders with narrow seat/pad gap. Comfy as a Lazy Boy yet carries a load like an ox. The pad's top surface rests 18" above the floor in a flat position. Dimensions: 52"x L x 11 1/2" x W x 18" H. Foot of base: 23 3/4" L.
- CLEAN & STORE EASE: Lift the front handle, put the wheels into motion and roll it wherever you want it. Gecko Grip is easy to clean even after you use a bowl full of chalk to hold you tight!
- DEFINE YOUR INCLINE & DECLINE: No muscle escapes targeting. 7 ladder positions take you from 85 degree incline to a -20 degree decline. 4 seat positions offer support as bench back angle changes.
- FRINGE IT OR FORGET IT: Super cool ONE YEAR WARRANTY!
But wait. It doesn't stop there! We've included a spiffy design feature that boasts a bare steel back adjustment ladder that won't cause annoying paint chipping and flaking due to metal-on-metal contact that inferior benches suffer from.

Ordered this and did not realize it was DIY assembly. The instructions on the site were for the wrong item (an older model of a bench). the instructions that came with the bench had no words to accompany and when one of the pieces was defective and I sent pictures to customer service, they were not helpful. I was left with the impression that these are quality products but the team does not know them well (they are a reseller). I’ve loved this brand for years and was disappointed in my experience. Will not be purchasing again. Will likely pay extra for Rogue to ensure quality of both product and service.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear about the issues with your recent purchase, including the assembly instructions and defective parts. Please reach out to us at team@fringesport.com so we can resolve this for you.

This thing is a tank! Absolutely love the incline/decline and leg holder. The wider bottom is a bonus as well. Wheel holders are very flimsy, not welded all that great. But overall for what i paid, i couldnt be more happy!

Solid bench and good quality!!! A little heavy but to be expected with this firmness

Item showed up completely beat up. Tons of chipped paint, bent wheel, and a cut in the seat pad. For incline work it's pretty good. For decline work the pad gap is horrible and just destroys my tailbone. Also I'm 5'5 and my feet don't touch the ground when adjusting the seat for incline which is annoying.
That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. We’ve sent you an email to assist further, feel free to reply there anytime and we’ll help get this sorted.

I bought this for our finished basement intending to roll it in and out of a storage room when needed. It is so sturdy and heavy that it is barely moveable. In a hardcore home gym it would be great, but for lighter duty use, it’s actually a bit of a burden.

Overall - pleased with the bench. Very stable, good padding (just firm enough and not squishy) correct width (good support while allowing shoulder movement). Easy to move with good design of wheel angles. Easy to store in vertical position. Only issue is that seat adjustment mechanism is not as easy and fast to use as others I have experienced. Mechanism is a combination of spring loaded action and screw that is not intuitive or fast to adjust.

Great bench! Great quality. Heavy duty.

Overall it’s a nice bench, FID works as expected. Would’ve preferred a front push pin instead of the knob though but thats minor.Main issued was that it exploded out of the side of the packaging somewhere along the way, the cardboard doesn’t seem substantial enough to hold how heavy it is. Unfortunate side effect was the powder coat on the seat part got jacked up a bit. Included instructions aren’t ideal but between online and common sense was easy enough to put together, except mine seemed to come mostly assembled?

The bench seems nice, but the instructions (or lack thereof) is why I bumped this down to a 4-star rating. Also, when we opened the box, the hardware was everywhere. We were lucky that nothing fell out of the box (that had been beat up pretty bad) during shipping. The hardware wasn't labeled at all either. I've purchased some pretty cheap products in my day with much better instructions and hardware labeling, so I expected more from a product that I definitely don't consider cheap in price or quality. We would like to purchase the Dane 2.0, but worried about what will and what won't arrive with that very expensive purchase.
Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on new instructions across all products. We have a great video for the Dane 2.0 on our youtube channel. Please see the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_o6euw6jN8. If you were to order the Dane 2.0 and run into any issue, our CS team will be happy to help and send you any replacement needed

Dane 2 is a great space saver and has good range in the cables. My only gripe is that I have to keep removing the cables 1-2x per week to remove the twist. 4 stars because I’m hoping time will allow those cable to stretch out and stop twisting
Thank you for your feedback! We’ve sent you an email with a fix for the cable twists. If you don’t see it in your inbox, feel free to reach out to us at team@fringesport.com, we’ll be happy to resend it and help you out.

Very pleasant and comfortable bench. Instructions were not great but was able to put it together fine. Areas for improvement (minus 1 star):-Clear and concise instructions for installation-Replace the screw for adjusting the seat with a lever.-Increase the size of the base for the front (underneath the seat). Feels a bit wobbly at times with how small it is.Overall, extremely pleased with this purchase and with all of my fringe products.

I bought his as a Christmas gift for my husband and he really likes it. It is very sturdy and easily movable.

Very Study, Zero Wobble, Simple to Operate. The butt pad feels a little slick, It worries my clients from time to time.

Perfect upgrade for my storage shed gym. My old FID bench was too short, narrow, and unstable during inclines. Shipped fast and assembly was easy.
J
Solid, easy to assemble, works great!
R
Perfect for my small home gym. It's lightweight so my wife and daughter can easily move it but it's very sturdy for when I need to use it for heavier lifts.

Just got the bench today. With a crescent and socket wrench I put this together in 20 minutes. Pretty straight forward. It's surprisingly light, and seems like it'll last for a while as a mid-weight flat/incline bench. I don't know if you want to be pressing 120 lbs dumbbells on this thing daily, if you're going for a long term garage gym investment I'd wait until their fully adjustable bench is available for $500+. That said, this bench is good quality, sturdy and well made for the price. It's gonna get mr through the CA gym closures due to COVID. For the price, I'd highly recommend this bench!

I went with this option for a bench after a lot of back and forth. The bench was pretty straight forward to assemble. You will need multiple wrenches in the same size to assemble. But, it is pretty solidly built. The only issue I had with mine was the bracing arm that adjust the angle of the rear bench was a little twisted so the foot of the brace sits a little bit out of alignment on the adjustment ladder. I'm awaiting Customer Services feedback on how to correct this slight misalignment in the components. I do wish the front foot of the bench had some form of a hard rubber pad. Just so the metal doesn't touch the ground directly.
