I’ve installed the footplate and have been using it together with the lat pulldown seat about 2–3 times per week.So far it’s been working great. The setup feels stable under load and it fits well with the way I’m using the Dane 1.0 in my garage gym.I’ve been really enjoying the Dane 1.0 overall. It’s a very versatile piece of equipment for a compact setup.I’m planning to start releasing some content featuring the system before the end of the month and will definitely share my experience once that’s live.

It will mar up the rack when using and installing. But just another piece to maximize function of the the Dane. This shouldnt be $150. It should come with the rack. Its expensive for what it is.

Steel solid, very pleased with the steadiness. Great attachment to add to the Dane 2.0. With proper form your able to get a good stretch on the back while doing cable rows.

Honest review on the attachment and the whole half rack functional trainer

The foot rest is great. However. The cables on this machine are terrible. Constantly they twist. I’ve layer the cables on the ground and reset them multiple times and it’s something I have to do every week. Quality on the item is fantastic tho.
