Great kettlebells

I'm left in the dark!

I do not have the product yet, so I can only review the service. 2 weeks or more after ordering, I decided to call and inquire about the part of my order not received. I was told that some bumper plates and kettlebells were on back order due to Black Friday; problem is, I ordered my products quite some time before Black Friday. I was told that items would ship as they come in, and yet much of my K.B. order was not back ordered - I have received nothing. The best answer I could get out of the customer service rep was, "It could be as little as one week." That's worse than "I have no idea." I am very disappointed; and still left in the dark with no explanation.

Great Product, Great Service.

The kettlebells are great. Originally there was a problem with the shipping, I did not receive the full order. I called customer service and they fixed it immediately. The 32kg kettlebell was back ordered and fringesports got me one from MDUSA. A company that would send a competitors product to make things right is unheard of these days and I will always use fringesports as long as that attitude remains.
