If you aren't happy with your purchase for whatever reason within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund and foot the bill for return shipping. We aim to please, so our return policies even extend up to a year. We have our commercial customers' backs too. If you own a box or a gym, we've got our equipment spotted for you.
We have an informal state motto here in Texas- "come and take it." Not only do we want you to do this with Fringe Sport bumper plates, but we'd like to put our own spin on it. Fringe it, or forget it.
I didn’t realize the bumpers are color coated until one of them arrived with a smudge I tried to rub the mark off. That’s when the black rubber underneath the color started to show. My finger actually became the color of the bumper. Mind you this doesn’t affect it in any way other than being a lesser quality than I thought. That’s kind of why I spent extra for the competition bumpers. The good news? Fringe customer service (especially Amy) is some of the best around. They bent over backward to make this right. I hope someday soon they formulate a bumper that’s the true color throughout the rubber. For now I will just stick to their best quality black plates to avoid any more color issues. It’s still hard to beat their prices and I have no regrets buying from them since they make things right. A very stand up organization!
I’ve got training plates and competition plates from Fringe and both are excellent.
Awesome quality
The 25s were very warped but the plates were overall pretty good quality for the price.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend them to anyone. It took them 2 months to ship the product to me in the first place. When I eventually received the product it ended up being the wrong product. They suggested I send the product back so that they could send me the right product. When I asked how long that would take, they said it would take another 3 months before I got the correct weight plates that I ordered. Punishing the customer for their mistakes is a horrible business model. I should have been allowed to keep the incorrect plates until the new ones were shipped to me. I will never purchase anything from them again. I would recommend that you buy anywhere else other than here.
