United StatesI wanted to give it some time prior to doing a review. It has been over a year I have had this bench. The bench had held up just as long as ones similar at a much higher price point. I can't recommend this company or this bench enough. It is very solid and not cheaply made. On top of that the customer service I recieved from this company was amazing.

USI live in a 1-bedroom apartment and I'm not on the 1st floor. I wanted a sturdy bench that didn't weigh too much, but was able to perform just as well as the other high-quality, expensive benches. This is definitely it. The written assembly instructions were pretty useless, but the video on the website helped a lot with assembly. Only downside to this bench is the huge gap between the seating pad and back pad, but if you want to get rid of that, you have to buy a more expensive bench that probably weighs twice as much as this one. Great bench overall, very sturdy. I have experienced no issues since my purchase about 4 months ago.

Short of these issues , for the price it's a very comfortable bench that represents a great value , and a special thank you to Amy for going the extra mile to make sure I ended up having a great experience .
USIt's a great bench and a great addition to my home gym! The directions consist of only a picture diagram of how the parts all go together, but it isn't difficult to assemble especially if you watch the assembly video first. Also, kudos to the fringesport team! My bench happened to be missing a part. A quick email to customer service and Amy got right back with me and sent the missing part right away. Awesome very happy!
