The bench is built quite well and with the wheels is quite moveable but it is very heavy. Changing positions of the bench is easy and it feels very sturdy in all positions. The one bad is the foam of the cushion its way too soft. I have two Rogue benches and when I first got them I thought they were too hard but now I like the firmness of the foam. For me I wish the foam was quite a bit more firm. Im worried on how that softer foam will hold up over time. Primarily I use the bench for incline bench press and sitting curls. If the foam was more firm it would be the best adjustable bench I have ever seen or used. It is a really pretty bench in the bare steel color and looks great in my home gym.

United StatesThe bench is very sturdy and built like a tank. However, given the thick gauge steel and weight, the bench is easy to move around and store out of the way if space is a concern. The appearance is very clean, not flashy. The clear coat edition is slick. The ergonomics are solid for most exercises, with no discomfort so far. In general, I am really impressed with bench at the price point. Now, the bench was shipped fully assembled but the cardboard box was in bad shape and caused the back cushions to be cut. Fringe customer service has been great and ordered replacements.

One-step assembly was a breeze, though I did have to tighten bolts on the wheels as one nut had come off during shipping (fortunately I found it in the packing materials). The box was pretty much falling apart when it arrived, but there was no damage to the bench.
