I remember as a kid enjoying the pleasure of standing behind the sideline of an NFL game. The players were massive. TV does them no justice.

5/5 star/DBs/whatever Loadable DBs are the most efficient option >=15lbs, assuming you have plates to load them with. Which, if you have a squat rack, you probably do. They are slightly longer/larger than traditional DBs, so take that w a grain of salt, but I have had zero issue with any movement pattern being inhibited by the "bar path." Excellent knurling - pretty aggressive. High quality piece of equipment, highly recommend.
These dumbbells are priced well and are great for all types of lifts. There is plenty of room on the sleeves for plates and the knurled handles are a great addition(the knurl is a more of a medium).
These Loadable dumbbells are well built and have really nice knurling. They feel safe when loaded up to 90 lbs and I don’t have to worry about them when I drop them.
