Bushing Vs Bearing
Our 20kg Wonder Bar comes in a bronze bushing and needle bearing cartridges. Both bars are excellent for lifting and provide spin.
- Needle bearing cartridges in the collars provide a little more spin than a bushing barbell.

The 20kg wonder bar is perfectly designed to work on all barbell movements from your regular lifts and squats to competitive olympic lifts and even high repetition crossfit training.

Yes. The wonder bar is compatible with all iron plates or bumper plates that have a 2" insert diameter, which is the industry standard.
This bar is built to last for years with minimal maintenance, requiring only 3-in-1 oil for lubrication. To clean the knurling, simply use a brush to remove dirt or chalk, and wipe the bar down with an oiled microfiber cloth.

This bar is amazing for the price. It comes well packaged and arrived damage free. The bar has smooth spinning collars and the knurling is just right. Not too light and not too aggressive. I love my fringe sports wonder bar! I bought one a few months back to upgrade the barbell that I got from a big box sports retailer I won't name. What a difference! The bar feels solid in hand. I have purchased both the 20kg and 15kg versions of the wonderbar over the past few months to outfit our home gym. These things are great! My wife really appreciates the smaller diameter and lighter weight of the 15kg version, and having both has allowed me to keep mine loaded with weights so I can hop back a do a few sets when time allows. Overall great product and would definitely recommend!

The Wonder Bar is amazing. The knurling is perfect, it isn't aggressive but at the same time it isn't just a smooth that it slips. The bar feels perfect benching. Deadlifting I do have to use chalk, my hands get really sweaty due to working out in the garage in Texas heat. I have nothing bad to say about the wonder bar. GREAT QUALITY!

I've been on Fringe Sport gear for YEARS now. When we moved house and all I brought along were my One Fit Wonder kettlebells and wood rings, I knew when it was finally time to rebuild a garage gym I would do it with Fringe.
I went with the Wonder Bar for 4 reasons:
1. It's going to last. I train year-round in my garage; no heat and no cooling and no insulation. No elaborate platform, just a couple mats next to the rack. So I needed a bar that could handle the temperature swings and some rough drops basically onto concrete without going to pieces.
2. It had a bearing setup for that nice weightlifting spin. Never had a bar spin like this anywhere near this price point.
3. It looks amazing in black. Black bumpers, black strap collars, and black bar with chalk stains. That's a cool look.
4. Again, it's going to last. I owned two One Fit Wonder bars from back in the early days and donated them to a buddy's gym when we moved away. It's been SEVEN YEARS and those bars still get daily use; basically means my new bar is going to last forever.
I keep buying gear from Fringe because I know and trust what I'm getting, it always delivers fast, and it holds up. Recommend everyone do the same!
(Those OFW KBs, by the way, still look great and feel great, even after almost a decade of outdoor abuse. Quality like this doesn't happen by accident.)

It's a nice barbell. The one drawback, for me, is the knurling which feels very gentle. I would prefer a more aggressive grip. But I can't take a star off for that when it's not marketed as an aggressive-knurl bar. I think they designed it with an eye toward clean and jerk or snatch, rather and toward deadlifting. Noting in case it matters to you, positively or negatively.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Black cerakote with chrome sleeves. I bought 1 and was impressed so I bought 6 more to replace some older bars in the gym. This will be my go to mens bar for my gym in the future.
