My son is using this for speed training and I am sold on the effectiveness for building speed. It allows him to do many resistance sprint workouts. We only load the sled with 90 pounds and he can maintain his mechanics/ Get the chest harness as well!! I'm pretty handy and thought about building one when I saw the cost of the prowler but am thankful to find the OneFitWonder from fringe!!
