I Got Trees

I just set up my plate tree and am pleasantly surprised at just how high-quality it is for the money! It has a nice powder coat and was easy to assemble in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend this product!

BETTER THAN YOU THINK

First, Excellent packaging. The contents are secured by tie wraps and well protected. More cardboard and foam / plastic bags inside do a good job of keeping things together and damage free. This tree is heavy duty with good hardware and welds. The powder coating is as good as my Rogue wall rack. NOT CHEAP PAINT. It even has plastic inserts to protect your bars. One arm will hold the Savage 55, 45, 35, 25 . This is a One and Done type purchase.

Heavy duty and versatile -but poor packaging and pricing

I purchased this plate tree because because it is one of only two options on the market with holes on the base to mount extra storage. The only competitor with those holes does not come with the 2 bar holders welded on, so I went with this product despite the other option being made in America by most respected brand in the industry. This is made from 11 gauge 2.3'x2.3' tubing, so it is sturdy and beefy. The wheels work well and it moves easily with 920 lb. loaded on it. The welds appear smooth and of decent quality. I have no doubt this will perform its function well and last a lifetime. Despite those positives, I do have some notable complaints. This arrived in a cardboard box with thin plastic sleeves for packaging and every single piece had noticeable, prominent powder coat damage. It was scraped, scratched, or chipped off of every single component in the box. Some of the plastic end caps for the base and weight horns were gouged and don't line up properly. Once the tree is assembled and filled with plates the damage is fairly well hidden, but when this is a premium priced product - the highest MSRP plate tree on the market - I expect much more. I understand it will get beat up in time, but I'd rather damage my products all on my own. For Fringe to sell me a Chinese import product for more money and less quality than American is disappointing... but it will always allow me to store 2 more bars than the competitor ever will. If you can get this on sale or with a discount for local pick-up then I would consider it, but if not I would recommend you buy from the Big "R" company and receive a better quality delivered product.

Great for Home Garage Gym
