United StatesI would’ve liked these to have a metal sleeve in the middle for easier on and off. I thought the rubber would’ve been like the milspec 10lb bumper plates that I have, but they are soft rubber. Since they are made of soft rubber, I put them on the outside of all my steel plates, which helps lock the plates together (lil less rattle) and the grooves on the midas revenge shorty sleeves help with the rubber to stay put.
