True Squat Stand Clearance
Extends the bar 14.5" forward, creating real rack clearance so you can un-rack, squat, and press confidently outside the wall-mounted frame.
Open Ecosystem Rack Compatibility
Designed for Slim Gym and fits standard 3x3 racks with 1" holes, so you can use the same J-cups across multiple set-ups.
Want to take your Slim Gym beyond cable training?
Slim Gym Protruding J-Cups extend the bar position forward, creating the clearance needed to use your setup like a true squat stand. More room to unrack. More room to lift. More confidence under the bar.
Purpose-built for Slim Gym but designed within our open ecosystem, these J-cups also fit standard 3x3 racks with 1 inch holes.
With our signature reverse J-cup design, they protect your barbell while delivering a secure, rack-ready feel.
And when you are done lifting, integrated storage hooks let you hang them directly on the rack, keeping your footprint clean and uncluttered.

When used with Slim Gym and Front Feet installed, the J-Cups are rated up to 350 lbs. Without Front Feet, loads should not exceed 200 lbs. When used on a traditional 3x3 rack with 1 inch holes, they are rated up to 500 lbs.
Front Feet are not required, but they are strongly recommended when lifting heavier loads. They increase forward stability and provide a more planted feel during barbell lifts.
The forward design positions the bar approximately 14.5" away from the uprights, creating the clearance needed to comfortably un-rack and lift from a wall-mounted Slim Gym.
Yes. Integrated storage hooks allow you to hang the J-Cups directly on the rack to keep your setup clean and organized.
