Box jumps. I am 6'0 and for whatever reason I get so much satisfaction in being able to jump high or tire flips because I feel pretty bad ass flipping tires.

The airdyne jk the rowers. I like the rowers because I am tall and for once it is not a disadvantage also who doesn't love a lil low impact cardio sesh??
