The Workout: 2 - 3 Round Accessory Workouts

1st 3 Round Workout

  • 20- Walking Lunges
  • 15 - Wall Balls
  • 10 - Box Jumps
  • 300m - Row

2nd 3 Round Workout

  • 10 - Box Step Ups
  • 12 - Dumbbell Sumo Squats
  • 15 - Dumbbell Burpees
