Fringe wall balls are great. Well made, easy to use for wall balls or cleans. Been using Fridge med balls at the gym for years. Hold us the best under rigorous use.

Overall a great ball. I only use it for Wall Ball toss in my CrossFit workouts. Initially I was concerned about the threads and seams on the ball. They are rough but my hands I guess has gotten use to it. Outside the first couple times of using it, I don't even notice the roughness of the threads and seams.

do NOT slam these balls. We have a 20# and a 30# that both leak sand all over the place. It's a total mess and Fringe won't replace them or do anything to help with another product. They emailed months ago saying they would call us but never did.

This ball is very well made and I think it will last a long time but it has too much bounce for a slam ball. Great for wall ball exercises and other moves that don't include slamming.
