This week's WOD was submitted by @rtrsbm on Instagram, trying out his new Slam Balls for his Tabata WOD.

What You'll Need:

The Workout:  8 Round Tabata of 4 Movements - 20sec of work / 10sec rest. 32 total rounds over 16min (His/Her)

  • Kettlebells 24kg / 16kg
  • Box Jump/s 24" / 20"
  • Ball Slams 30lb / 20lb
  • Front Rack Lunges 75lb / 55lb

Me: 252lb Her: 279lb / afterwards, got a 5x5 front squat session in.
