Flat Bench

Really easy to setup and very sturdy.

Great bench for at a great value. Frame feels very solid. Bench is nice and grippy. I used to have rogue flat bench, and considered buying it again after moving/downsizing and starting over, but I went with the fringe flat bench based on the value and reviews and man I’m glad I did!The grippiness alone make. Me like this bench more. The height also feels much better, I always felt the rogue flat bench to feel too high. Width of fringe bench also feels better. Everything all around better and at better value.Thank you fringe! I’ll be coming here instead of the other guy for all my future home gym expansions.

Great addition to the garage gym set up from Fringe. Would suggest this to anyone setting up their own pain cave.

Great so far. Assembly was easy and it gets the job done.

Great flat bench - easy to assemble, very stable even when benching heavy. Would purchase again.

Sturdy bench!

Solid and easy to put together + looks great in the garage gym. Looking forward to adding it to a rack in the future to really take advantage of it.

Was super excited which turned to disappointment when it came since the holes do not match up with the Fringe sport fat pad.

Bench works as it should. Very supportive during any lift.

I only use an adjustable for some incline and occasionally shoulder press. Didn't need a heavy duty adjustable but this solid flat bench is fantastic for just about everything. I'm 6'3" 215lbs and feel very comfortable on it for heavy step overs, pullovers, any flat work or abs. If ya don't have a plyo box it'd work for box jumps. Fantastic affordable addition to my gym. Really happy with it and beefier than the rogue utility.

This bench is strong, sturdy but also lightweight. Moving it around is not a problem. It performs the way a flat bench should. Great bench.

This bench is strong, well made with clean welds, easy to assemble. I like the width and also the firmness of the padding. Strongly recommend this product if you want a simple bench that will last longer than you.

It doesn't weight a lot which is nice cause I can move it around easy. However it does not work well for hip thrust. I have it against the wall so it doesn't slide around, but when i lean against it the legs on the side I'm on come up, so I had to put dumbbells on the legs to hold it down. I will eventfully upgrade, but this will work for now.

I can bench press and it doesn’t hurt my shoulder.

It's great, Fringe is a great company would have got my rack there too if it wasn't so backordered.

This turned out to be the perfect flat bench for me. The logo looks amazing and it was all easy to assemble.

I went with fringe sport for my 1st home gym. I read several reviews and everyone seemed to like the products. I've had my squat rack for a few months now and I'm pleased with my purchase. Since then I've bought the flat bench, wonder bar and the safety bars. Also I'm currently waiting on the fringe sandbag trainer and green band. I would recommend fringe sport to anyone who wants good equipment for a good price.

I love the bomba bar and one fit wonder plates. The flat bench I ordered is not quite as sturdy as I'd hoped. I checked all the securing hardware and they are turned the same amount but the bench remains uneven. I've checked it with a level. I don't see any broken pieces so I assume it's just a bad angle on the weld.

I love it! Easy to assemble and solid! I'm going to get a lot of mileage out of this bench.
