So bad it's good

I use the Lacrosse Ball to get at the muscles deep in my back beneath in the scalpula region. It's miserable, it hurts, I hate it, but afterwards my upper back feels so good. Especially after doing any work on the pull up bars or rowing. I highly recommend it, however you'll need some major internal fortitude to get yourself through it :). Ive also tried it on the psoas muscle. Oof. That one is a doozy.
