What Are the Top 3 Benfits Of A Dip Station?
Tricep Magic: Dips are like tricep magic. They are 10X more effective than overhead extensions, kickbacks, and skull crushers becuase it's a compound movement allowing you to progressivly overload the tricep with more weight. More weight resistance = bigger muscles. Science!
Total Upper Body Workout: A dip bar station attachment targets your chest, triceps, shoulders, and core. It's like having a complete upper body gym in one attachment.
Dynamic Strength: Dips build functional strength, making daily activities like pushing, lifting, and carrying easier. Your arms become not just show muscles, but strong tools.

Will This Fit My Squat Rack?
Fits all Squat Racks with 2" X 3" Uprights with 5/8" holes
Tested at 600# at Fringe Sport with no issue
This 2x3 Dip Station will NOT fit either the Dane 1.0 or 2.0, since those use 3x3 uprights with 1" holes. If you're looking for a dip station that will fit the Dane (or Osprey), that will be our 3x3 Dip Station.

Nice to have, but not without flaws
It's awesome to have one of these. I've wanted one since before I got a rack. It works well enough, but arrived slightly damaged due to the packaging. Also most of the plastic end caps are not on properly & stick out or off the bars. The biggest complaint is there is no rubber anywhere on this like the listing claims. Would be a 3/5 if I wasn't so glad to have one of these things
Quality control is lacking.
The handles I received are slightly crooked, when mounted to my rack. This may not be a big deal to son, but as I am doing heavy weighted dips, I really notice it putting more weight on one side.
Borderline Returnable
The 2x3 dip station is extremely wobbly. There is too much of a gap between the mounting bracket and the squat rack upright and it requires shims. I have other Fringe Sport products that work well but this one seems to miss the mark.
Almost perfect
Overall, this dip bar is great. I like that it fits on the *inside* of my squat stand, so it won't tip over. I like that it attaches with two pins, while some of the big competitors only use one. However, I took off one star for the lack of UHMW on the inside of the bracket; this would have provided a slightly snugger fit and eliminated any rattling (which is minimal, honestly). At the end of the day, this dip bar fits my needs and I am very happy!
Well-built, but awkward with Garage Series Squat Rack
The dip bar is very sturdy and the finish is good. When mounted on the outside of the rack, the entire rack shakes, even with controlled movement. Noy a big deal; I can repurpose that rack movement as "stability training". I called Fringe for advice and they were very nice, but the advice was not so helpful. The person told me that the dip bar is designed to be mounted on the inside of the rack, which will provide better lateral stability. That sounded good, until I tried to do a dip but there wasn't enough clearance between my head and the pullups bar above. My other option to try to improve stability is to bolt the rack down to a platform, but not sure how much that will help with the lateral movement. I do recommend his product, but only if it can be mounted in a way that does not interfere with the pull up bar (e.g. to the front of the rack)
