Workout Of The Week - Joey Chooses Grace

Way back when we launched our now famous and infinitely popular Savage bumper plates (seems like they've always been around, right?), we did some super savage workouts with members of our crew to see how long they'd last!

For our third savage workout, the Grace WOD was chosen to fight through with our plates.

When you read through it, this SAVAGE workout doesn’t sound intimidating but don’t let that fool you.

Grace is tough as nails and fast as hell! In fact, Grace is one of the fastest CrossFit benchmark workouts currently in existence.

We have mentioned before, but it bears repeating, that the founder of CrossFit released several “Girl” workouts back in the early 2000s. These WODs were aimed at being some of the most physically taxing programs an athlete could undertake. Grace is among them.

In this workout, one of our former colleagues, but still "champeen" WODer, Joey, will show us how the Grace is done

Will he sweat and survive or suffer and surrender??? Watch the video below to find out!
