DAY 3 of SAVAGE WODS

Similar to Alex's Diane WOD, our third SAVAGE WOD doesn’t sound intimidating but don’t let that fool you.

Grace is tough as nails and fast as hell! In fact, Grace is one of the fastest CrossFit benchmark workouts currently in existence. 

As we mentioned in our previous blog, the founder of CrossFit released several “Girl” workouts back in the early 2000s. These WODs were aimed at being some of the most physically taxing programs an athlete could undertake. Grace is among them.

Our challenger for such a feat? Joseph Gomez, official office baby face and Amazon coordinator here at Fringe.

***Unicorn: < 3 minutes (a retail rep here at Fringe claims to know someone who can do it in TWO MINUTES… Not sure if I believe them but hey I figured it was worth sharing!)
