The YouTube video is damn near useless, and they Include one schematic printed by a 1997 printer. I had to follow up just to get shipping info even though they say it was 1-2 days to ship. I still haven’t received part of my order. I’ve worked in e-commerce warehousing and customer service for two decades, this company has great promotion and poor execution. I’m happy I purchased this before investing in big ticket items like a full rack.

I WISH I had this when I was personal training clients back in the day- I just use it for myself now and it’s perfect for my home gym. I don’t have much space, so this was the PERFECT addition! Thought this was a great value product and it was really cool it’s a partnership between an individual and Fringe! Sturdy and was a great addition to go with my KBs. Only critique was the instruction could be more thought out or online video include all the installation. I had to do a little trial and error because in the video it said some things were supposed to be pre-installed (wasn’t that hard to figure out though)

Well designed and functional piece of equipment

Not that I’m all about the booty but this does provide some really nice options. I have very tight and limited hip mobility and I love using this to really stretch my hips in the squat position with either kettle bells or bands to pull me into that stretch. The other pluses are already mentioned but the are 2 minor niggles for me. I wish the slant board cutout in the middle was flat and not angled. You have to kinda play with the position to get it in the right spot and even then the plywood is sitting angled edge on angled edge so not ideal. The other thing is I wish the wheel on the adjustable pad side was more towards the edge as the balance is off with the pad bracket weighing that side down more so it wants to flop to that side moving it. This is a great addition to my home gym.

The box looks good overall, but is made mostly of low quality plywood and construction screws. The plywood pieces came in slightly damaged during shipment with parts chipping off.
For the most part, it works as advertised, but I wouldn't recommend using any significant amount of weight with it without bolstering the frame. The instructions that come with it even say to lean it up against something prior to use so it doesn't tip over.
For nearly $400 I could purchase other equipment or even a machine that would be of better value and quality.

I ordered this box after seeing it posted by an influencer on social media. I have a tiny home gym space and multipurpose pieces of equipment are essential. This box is awesome and I’m looking forward to using it with most of my workouts!

Purchased box for my wife. Took about 15 minutes to assemble. Overall extremely easy. Everything in this set is made with great quality material. Nothing cheap whatsoever! Wife has been using it for about a week and said it is a game changer! Numerous uses for workouts and doesn't take up much space at all. Customer service is exceptional! Lauren is the best!
