10lb Technique Plates

Using this for technical training for my twins. They are deadlifting well with these and works great

A no-frills and cost-effective pair of technique plates to help me during my rehab. Also great for my spouse and kid to use. Very sturdy and weight tolerance is very good.

These are great. Purchased the 10lb technique plates, and would have bought the 5lb set as well, but they weren't in stock. Pretty much what I was looking for. I have the 10lb savage bumper plates as well, but they weren't cutting it as they're a bit warped/misshapen enough to be annoying on their own. The one thing that could be better is if the technique plates sit upright on their own, but the plate edges aren't flat enough, so the plate will fall to one side, but not the end of the world when they're only 10lb. I had received a pair of 45lb savage bumper plates that were warped to the point they'd roll and topple on their own; those are a hazard.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. I would order them again if it was necessary.

The plates are very wobbly and the holes in the middle of the ones I got aren't even properly centered. I used them because nobody else had technique plates available, but now got me some better ones.

Exactly what I wanted. The quality is ok, a little messy moulding job but who really cares. They do exactly what they are supposed to do. They could be a little cheaper though.

The plates are working out great. They seem very sturdy for only being 5 lbs, nice and stiff. It's great to be able to pull off the floor at the correct weight!

Great Plates! They are easy to use and handle everything I put them through with ease.

These are just what I wanted.They look like they could handle being dropped repeatedly from overhead, but I take good care of all my equipment and they are light enough to easily lower to the ground.I also have a couple pair of the 10 lb OFW bumper plates that function 100% for me as technique plates, but I needed some lighter ones too, so I got a pair of 5 lb. technique plates.Mine had no grease and absolutely no smell whatsoever.

When I purchased the plates there was no mention of a delay in the shipping. Afterward I reviewed an email that it would be shipped the 13th which was 9 days after I purchased the product. It has been an additional 5 days after that and I sti have not received anything. At this point, I am not satisfied with the service. And, I cannot rate a product that I do not have, so the review for the product is premature.

I have had these plates for about a month and they work just fine. They do smell a bit out of the box, but it's not as big a deal as some of the posts I've read. Great price also.

These are some really nice technique plates that don't break the bank. We have been using them for a couple of weeks now and had zero issues. There was another review stating that their plates were greasy, ours came clean enough to eat off of.

The plates work not problem, but they had this greasy stuff on them when we got them that smelled bad and got all over everything. Not sure why that coating was needed. Plates are great, just get rid of the grease

Nice bar. Allow you to work on technique before moving to heavier weights. Solid piece of equipment. Not the most used but beneficial whe it is.
