  • Get More Out of Every Rep: Heel elevation increases squat depth and muscle recruitment, so every set builds bigger legs without adding more weight.

  • Better Squat Form Starts at Your Feet: Heel elevation makes it easier to hit depth regardless of ankle mobility, which means better form, safer reps, and more muscle worked.

  • Adjusts From Flat to 30°: Six angle increments let you dial in the exact heel elevation your ankles need, so you can squat deeper, move better, and build the legs you're after.

  • Don't Compromise with a Foam Wedge: The Aø is a steel-framed, independently adjustable platform that holds its position under real training loads. Foam compresses, shifts, and gives you one fixed angle.

Build Bigger Legs

Heel elevation increases quad recruitment and range of motion, so you get more out of every rep without adding more weight.

Improve Ankle Mobility

Training through a full range of motion consistently is one of the most effective ways to build mobility over time, and the Aø makes that easier to do on every set.

Get Deeper Squats

Heel elevation compensates for limited ankle mobility so you can squat to the depth your legs are built for.

Changing where you stand changes what your legs do. That's the whole idea behind the Aø.

Squats are the king of lower body exercises. The problem is most people never actually do them right. Limited ankle mobility cuts depth short, which means less muscle recruitment, less range of motion, and less results from every rep. The Aø solves that at the foundation by elevating your heels, compensating for ankle mobility restrictions, and letting you squat to the depth your legs are actually capable of. Better form, bigger stimulus, safer reps.

Most belt squat setups give you one movement pattern. You can add weight, change your tempo, or play with rep ranges, but the stimulus stays basically the same. If you want to train your quads differently, you need a different machine. Hack squat machines are massive. Pendulum squats cost a fortune and take up serious real estate. For a garage gym, neither is a realistic option.

The Aø Adjustable Squat Platform changes the equation. Adjust the angle anywhere from flat to 30 degrees and your Mammoth Belt Squat or Kodiak Belt Squat starts producing movement patterns that closely mimic those commercial machines. More forward lean, deeper knee flexion, greater quad emphasis. The kind of stimulus you've been chasing without the machine that eats half your garage.

Research backs this up. Training through a full range of motion consistently produces meaningfully greater muscle growth than partial reps. Heel elevation is one of the most effective and accessible ways to get there, and the Aø makes it a permanent part of your setup rather than something you rig together with a foam wedge that shifts under load.

Each foot platform adjusts independently, which matters more than it sounds. Your stance is your stance. The Aø adapts to it instead of the other way around. Narrow, wide, toes out, one side higher than the other. Set each side where your body needs it and train the way you actually move. When you're done, integrated rollers and handles let you stand it upright against the wall in seconds.

ONE SQUAT PLATFORM, MULTIPLE MACHINES

A hack squat machine takes up a corner of your gym and does one thing. The Aø bolts into your existing belt squat setup and opens up movement patterns you'd otherwise need two or three dedicated machines to replicate. Quad emphasis, greater depth, pendulum-style loading: all from something you can roll into the corner when you're done.

BUILT AROUND YOUR STANCE, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND

Fixed wedges force you into one foot position. The Aø has two independent platforms that each adjust from 0° to 30° in 5° increments. Narrow, wide, toes out, or asymmetric; set each side where it needs to be and train the way your body actually moves.

MORE RANGE, MORE MUSCLE

Elevating your feet allows deeper knee and hip flexion on every rep. More stretch at the bottom, more muscle recruitment through the full range, more challenge without adding more weight.

No. While it was designed around the Mammoth™ and Kodiak™ Belt Squat systems, it's equally useful for landmine work, heel-elevated squats, calf raises, and other lower-body exercises.

Independent platforms allow you to choose a stance width and foot position that matches your body instead of forcing you into one fixed position.

Anywhere from 0° to 30° in 5° increments.

Yes. Integrated rollers and handles let you stand the platform upright when not in use.

Yes. Combined with the Kodiak™ or Mammoth™ Belt Squat, Aø creates movement patterns very similar to hack squat and pendulum squat machines while taking up only a fraction of the space.
