The Official Garage Gym Day of 2021, the summer solstice, and arguably the best day of the year. 

We’ve got a super-sweaty chipper of a WOD here for you to share with your friends or complete on your own. Roll up your garage door, gather your crew, turn up your tunes, and get ready for the first workout of summer. In true Summer Swolestice fashion, this workout is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping. Let’s do it!

Goblet Squats

Push Press

Sit-ups

Jump Rope (double-unders or singles)
