What’s Your Name?
Do you have a name for your gym?
Vegan Muscle Works
Tell us a little about yourself - what you do when you aren’t lifting, what are your other hobbies, etc.
When I'm not lifting I'm working as an Operations Manager for Easton Coach Company.
My hobbies are all things Star Wars especially the action figures and movies/tv series.
What gear do you have in your gym?
I have a squat rack, lat pull down, treadmill, elliptical, dumbbells, hexbar, and some accessories.
When did you become part of the Fringe Fam? What was your first Fringe purchase?
I'm working on becoming a Fringe customer but redoing my gym as I built my gym during Covid and settled for things I could get and not what I wanted.
What’s your favorite gear that you use all the time?
The Hex bar is my favorite. I can work my entire body with it.
What gear do you never use?
I never use the elliptical because I want a stair climber and the elliptical reminds me it's not a stair climber lol.
What was your best gear purchase?
My best purchase was the dumbbells. It's the most versatile and best bang for your buck.
What gear purchase do you wish you would have said “NO” to?
I wish I would have waited on literally everything and purchased what I wanted and not what was available at the time.
What’s your favorite workout?
Back day is my favorite. So rows and pull downs are my favorite workout.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Consistency! Showing up everyday even when you don't want to is what separates you from the rest.
What advice would you give to newbie garage gymmers?
Take a before photo. That is the only photo you should compare yourself too. Your goal is to be better than that.
