What sort of training do you offer (personal training, group fitness, etc)? CF classes

How would you describe your community? Super Bad Ass!!!

How would you describe your training style or philosophy? Do what you can. Just try be a slightly better version of yourself everyday.

Do you offer nutrition advice? We recommend paleo most of the time. But we are also a very social group so we do indulge on the occasional drink by the pool or beach. Otherwise, what is the point?

Tell us about your box. We do have our fire breathers and some of the kids love to compete in local comps. Most of us are just trying to stay in shape and be healthy. The people here are really are super bad ass!! I am a very lucky man to be able to do this as a living.

Tell us about your fitness journey. I was a gym rat my whole life. I found CF about 7 years ago and was hooked from day 1. This is my one only box I have been a member of. I loved it so much, I bought it 4 years ago.

Describe your best source for getting new members. We have hosted several 6 week challenges. I gives people a chance to try out CF and use weight.

Is there anything that you found for member retention? With proper coaching and sound nutritional advise, the results will happen. They will stick around...
