WOD of the Week: 3 Minute IFW Challenge
I love these "challenge" workouts. They make them look so easy, until you try it. This one only takes 3 minutes, that's like 0.2% of your day if you think about it. It was submitted by @invokefitnessandwellness on Instagram and doesn't require any equipment. You can easily add some weight to kick it up a notch:
IFW Challenge. 5 days of this sequence.
Lunge Lunge Squat Push up
Lunge Lunge Squat 2 Push ups.
Go up to 10 push ups. 3 minutes of tour morning. Now Off to work.
