If working out was this easy, everyone would do it! Challenge yourself with 4 rounds of: 60 jumping jacks, 50 mountain climbers, 40 squat jumps, 30 push ups, 20 sprawls (or burpees), 10 super surfers. 👊🏻😉 #fringesport #workout #happyhalloween #hiit #strength #1lb #kettlebell

The Workout: 4 Rounds

  • 60 Jumping Jacks
  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 40 Squat Jumps
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 20 Sprawls (or Burpees)
  • 10 Super Surfers
