WOD of the Week: 4 Rounds w/ Rope Climb and Sleds
This week's workout was submitted by @rbaling on Instagram. He used our Climbing Rope and Chariot Sled for this workout, along with a 400m run and some handstand pushups.
What You'll Need
- Climbing Rope
- Sled
- Bumper Plates (for Sled - optional)
- Ab Trainer (for Hand Stand Pushups - optional)
The Workout
- 400m Run
- 15 Hand Stand Pushups
- 3 Legless Rope Climb
- 30m Sled Push (211lbs)
