Solid butt session in the garage tonight. I got a little excited when I finally (after brainstorming for a month) figured out where I can toss some wall balls so naturally had add them to the workout. Weather was too perfect to be inside. Except for the neighbors cotton tree. Pretty sure I sucked up enough cotton to build a few king size comforters. 

What You'll Need: 

The Workout: 15 Min AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) - 2, 4,6,8,10,12,...

  • Deadlifts (185lb)
  • Wall Balls (20lb)
