WOD of the Week: Death By Goblet Squats & Plate Sit Ups

Any "Death By" WODs are for the highly motivated, & dedicated. It challenges our mental composure in the end, and forces us to go further than we thought we could.

What You'll Need:

Suggested Weights: 24kg Kettlebell / 35lb Plate, 20kg Kettlebell / 25lb Plate

The Workout:   Death by Goblet Squats and Plate Sit Ups

0:00-1:00 – 3 Goblet Squats, 3 Sit ups 
1:00-2:00 – 6 Goblet Squats, 6 Sit ups
3:00-4:00 – 9 Goblet Squats, 9 Sit ups
4:00-5:00 – 12 Goblet Squats, 12 Sit ups
5:00-6:00 – 15 Goblet Squats, 15 Sit ups
Continue until you fail or reach 10 min time cap.
