WOD of the Week: Jackie WOD

This week's WOD was submitted by Parisjat U., a classic in the CrossFit community.

One workout I always go back to is Jackie - it combines two things I don't love - rowing and thrusters with 1 thing I love - pull-ups. It is an all out mental and physical fight to finish and there is no where to hide.
What You'll Need:
Suggested Weights: 45lb for both Men & Women The Workout:  Jackie WOD - For Time
  • 1,000 Meter Row
  • 50 Thrusters (45 lbs)
  • 30 Pull-Ups
