One workout I always go back to is Jackie - it combines two things I don't love - rowing and thrusters with 1 thing I love - pull-ups. It is an all out mental and physical fight to finish and there is no where to hide.What You'll Need:
Suggested Weights: 45lb for both Men & Women
- 1,000 Meter Row
- 50 Thrusters (45 lbs)
- 30 Pull-Ups
