This is a personal treasure. 'Kyndall' is first in a list of children's WODs I have my athletes do to raise money for various charities (Give Kids The World, Make A Wish, etc.).
It's to support a family with a terminally ill child, whose illness is rare enough to be named after her. Now she has a WOD named after her. Instead of associating her name with terminal genetic conditions, spread this WOD far and wide and make her name synonymous with strength.
It's simple. At home. You don't need a gym or any special gear- including excuses.
What You'll Need: No equipment needed, just a timer.
The Workout: Kyndall WOD - 5 Rounds For Time
- 11 Burpees
- 29 Sit Ups
- 20 Squats
- 15s Plank
