SWOD aka Strength Workout of the Day
- Bench Press: 20@35% at 1RM, 20@ 45% at 1 RM, 20@55% and 1 RM
WOD
- 30 Thrusters (45lb)
- 30 Push Press (45lb)
- 30 Jumping Squats (45lb)
- 30 Hang Power Snatch (45lb)
- 30 OHS aka Overhead Snatch (45lb)
- 30 Hang Power Clean (45lb)
EMOM starting at minute 5= 5 burpees. Can be accomplished before 5 min. Try for 0 burpees. (Every Minute On the Minute).
