Workout of the Week: Full Body Workout

This week's workout was submitted by @davisfitlab on Instagram. He has a ton of other great workouts. This particular workout works your upper and lower body.


What You'll Need

The Workout: This was broken up into 4 parts.

  1. 10 min Warm Up
  2. 6 Rounds of 12
    • Bench
    • Hex Bar Romanian Deadlift
    • Hang Cleans
  3. 3 Rounds of 10 Supersets
    • Incline Dumbbell Press / Banded Flies
    • Skull Crushers / 21's Bi Curls (7 bottom to mid (waist), 7 mid to top, and 7 full range bottom to top)
  4. Heavy Bag 10 mins
