This week's WOD was submitted by Jesus from Croatia. He was inspired by our kettlebell sale and sent us this workout.

I got six full rounds out of this guy...it was hot, exhausting, a lot of stabilization and breathing control...FUN!! I did it after a back squat session....big leg day. lololol

What You'll Need:

The Workout: 10 Min AMRAP - Wearing Plate Carry (10 -20lb Weight Vest) if possible and with a 25ft mark for distance:

  • 25 ft  One Arm Kettlebell Overhead Carry
  • 25 ft back - Opposite Arm Kettlebell Overhead Carry 
  • 25 ft Walking Lunges
  • 25 ft back Walking Lunges
