What You'll Need: Sandbag Trainer (100lb / 50lb - Male/Female Rx)
The Workout: 12 Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps & Rounds as Possible)
- Sandbag Ground to Shoulder (100lb / 50lb)
- 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, ... After Each Round Increase by 2 reps.
