Workout of the Week: 22 Min AMRAP

This week's workout was submitted by @metconwod36 on Instagram. He posted a cute picture of him and his wife for this 22 minute partner AMRAP. All you need is a kettlebell and a slam ball, and he's noted the weights he and his wife used. You don't necessarily need to do this with a partner but it's nice to have someone to motivate you.

What You'll Need

The Workout: 22 Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

P1 = 200 m run with Slam Balls @ 40lb / 20lb

P2 = Works AMRAP of

  • 11 Ball Slams @ 40lb / 20lb
  • 11 KB Swings @ 55lb / 35lb
  • 11 Slam Ball Lunges @ 40lb / 20lb (held any way)
  • 11 Goblet Squats @ 55lb / 35lb
